Quorum Court

 Grant County Quorum Court Welcome to the Grant County Quorum Court. The Quorum Court is the legislative body of county government and consist of 9 members. They are called Justices of the Peace and are elected for two-year tems. The Quorum Court meets once a month, on the third Monday of every month (EXCEPTION: when a holiday falls on a regular scheduled night, the meeting will be held the following night), to conduct county business and review ordinances and resolutions. The county judge is the presiding officer over the quorum court without a vote.
